Design projects and sketches: copyright objects and ways to protect them

Abstract

the article examines the operation of Russian civil legislation in relation to design projects, drafts and other unfinished works of fine art. The question of the relationship of the above categories to copyright objects is disclosed. An analysis of the existing legal norms has been carried out, as a result of which conclusions about their relevance and proposals for improvement have been formulated. In addition, specific ways of protecting the unique copyright for the creator of the design project have been proposed.
