Abstract

the article analyzes the application of the institute of self-regulation both in Russia and in the countries of the European Union, CIS, America, as well as Australia and Asia. Assessing the experience of self-regulatory organizations around the world, the authors come to the conclusion that in the conditions of digitalization of the economy and the growing demand for experts in various fields, the role of the institute of self-regulation may increase.
