The problem of implementing the status of judges

Abstract

For more than 20 years, the range of issues concerning the status of judges has been relevant for the country's leadership, legal science, as well as the judicial corps, which unites all professional judges authorized to administer justice. This legal institution has been attracting increased attention for as many years as the Russian Federation and its system of law, state authorities, including one of the three independent branches (along with legislative and executive) – state power exercised by the courts. The purpose of the article is to reveal the problems of implementing the status of judges. 1
