Abstract

In the article, the author analyzes draft Law No. 17358-8 «On Amendments to Article 107 of the Air Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law «Charter of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation» from the point of view of the technique of building legal norms, as well as law enforcement problems that may arise during their implementation. A subsequent assessment of the importance of the adoption of the draft law for ensuring the national security of the Russian Federation is given.
