Jurisdiction of cases complicated by a foreign element on the example of English contract law

Abstract

The article presents the problem of the jurisdiction of cases complicated by a foreign element, i.e. cases related to the branch of private international law. This problem is revealed on the basis of the application of knowledge in the field of English contract law, the key features of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation and to build a relationship between the concepts of law enforcement in situations of determining the jurisdiction of cases complicated by a foreign element.
