Features of legal regulation of minimizing and eliminating the consequences of crime in the UN
Keywords:
United Nations, minimization and elimination of the consequences of crimes, the price of crimeAbstract
The article analyzes the legal basis for minimizing and eliminating the consequences of crime in UN documents. There is a narrowing of the potential of legal regulation to minimize and eliminate the consequences of crime, which are focused mainly on providing assistance to victims of crime and the development of restorative justice. There are practically no mechanisms to eliminate the intangible and indirect consequences of crime in the UN. This naturally reduces the demand for international UN norms regulating the minimization and elimination of the consequences of crime in order to eliminate existing gaps in Russian legislation.
