Competence profile of a municipal employee in the context of modern requirements of the employer’s representative

Abstract

The article presents the results of a survey’s analysis of employers’ representatives of the Vladimir region in order to identify needs as training personnel in the field of training "State and municipal administration." Conclusions and proposals on the formation of competencies of the municipal employee in the context of modern requirements are formulated. The competent profile of the municipal employee has been compiled.
