Labor organization of school teachers in the first wave of the pandemic: socio-economic and legal difficulties

Abstract

Based on data from a sociological survey of school teachers, the article analyzes the difficulties of organizing the work of teachers in the first wave of the pandemic. The implementation of labor activity in a remote format was associated with a huge number of socio-economic and legal difficulties, most of which were associated with an emergency transition to a distance learning format and the lack of uniform approaches to organizing the educational process.
