On the issue of expanding the list of officials required to declare income

Abstract

the article attempts to identify problematic issues related to the provision of income information by certain categories of officials. Based on the analysis of the current regulatory legal acts and law enforcement practice, separate proposals aimed at optimizing the current anti-corruption legislation have been developed.
