Abstract

the concept of force majeure and its influence on the decision on the presence of force majeure are investigated. The study of legal relations that develop when concluding foreign economic contracts is carried out. Examples of determining force majeure in the conditions of a new Coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and Sanctions against Russia in 2022 are given.
