Abstract

The analysis of demographic development of federal districts and subjects of Russia after the collapse of the USSR, for 1989-2022 is carried out. There is an active outflow of settlement from the regions of Siberia, the Far East and the North, there is an influx of it to the Capital Region and the subjects of the Southern Federal District.
