Abstract

In 2020, the entire global community faced significant restrictions on the operation of the tourism industry after the introduction of restrictions on the hotel and restaurant business. Under the conditions of uncertainty, a significant part of citizens postponed their holidays for the future. The pandemic certainly had a negative impact on the development of tourism, but even in previous periods a rather small part of our fellow citizens was included in travels on the territory of the Russian Federation
