в статье анализируется ситуация с воспроизводством научно-педагогических работников для системы высшего образования и научно-исследовательских центров. Сокращение численности работников в этой сфере и значительное старение кадров ставит на повестку дня необходимость принятия особых мер по стабилизации ситуации. Одним из приоритетных направлений государственной политики является привлечение в эту сферу молодых специалистов. Annotation. The article analyzes the situation with the reproduction of scientific and pedagogical workers for the higher education system and research centers. The reduction in the number of employees in this area and the significant aging of personnel puts on the agenda the need to take special measures to stabilize this situation. One of the priorities of the state policy is to attract young specialists to this area.
