Abstract

the arbitration court is a judicial body that resolves disputes under economic contracts, but it is not a state body. Arbitration courts are not part of the system of state and local self-government bodies and are not linked to the system of constitutional judicial power. Nevertheless, despite its position, it has significant advantages over state courts, which will be discussed in this article.
