Complexities of differentiating the competence of arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction in cases of economic disputes

Abstract

This article presents the main task of the judicial branch of government, as well as the concept of "court competence". The basic criteria of differentiation of civil and arbitration proceedings are considered: the nature of the dispute and the subject composition. The analysis of judicial practice is carried out, and also difficulties at consideration and the decision of the cases connected with the above-mentioned criteria are designated.
