Conceptual view of social solidarity and human rights through the prism of modern realities

Abstract

The research article presents the concept of solidarism and its underlying principle – social solidarity in modern society. It analyses the works of state scientists related to the development of civil society, ideas of solidarism and social partnership. Mechanisms for the protection of human rights in the context of modern realities, in accordance with the constitutional amendments of 2020, are examined.
