Abstract

This article discusses the features of the admissibility of audio recordings as evidence in criminal proceedings. When analyzing the criminal procedure legislation, a number of shortcomings were identified related to the lack of conditions for the admissibility of audio material as evidence in a criminal case. In addition, the ways of solving the identified problems are proposed.
