Main problems of joint property of spouses

Abstract

This article examines the main problems associated with the joint property of spouses that may arise in the process of marriage or when it breaks up. The issues of the use of property, determining the shares of each of the spouses in the property, as well as inheritance rights are considered. Solutions to these problems are proposed, such as the conclusion of agreements between spouses, the establishment of provisions in the marriage contract or the confirmation of the contribution of each of the spouses in court.
