Abstract

The article presents a separate type of restriction applied to civil servants – persons (civil servants) who are in a relationship of kinship and (or) property will not be able to enter (or will not be able to be in it) for civil service. A number of problems arising within the practical implementation of the ban under consideration are presented and possible legal adjustments are proposed.
