Responsibility for nonviolent ways of inducing or facilitating suicide: a comparative legal study

Abstract

Статья посвящена сравнительно-правовому исследованию законодательных подходов отдельных зарубежных стран к уголовноправовой оценке ненасильственных способов вовлечения в совершение самоубийства третьими лицами. Установлен более дифференцированный подход отечественного законодателя к решению данных вопросов, что свидетельствует о его несомненном преимуществе перед иными рассмотренными зарубежными актами. Annotation. The article is devoted to a comparative legal study of the legislative approaches of certain foreign countries to the criminal legal assessment of nonviolent methods of involvement in suicide by third parties. A more differentiated approach of the domestic legislator to solving these issues has been established, which indicates its undoubted advantage over other considered foreign acts.
