On the issue of combating corruption in expert activities

Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of forensic investigative practice and scientific research, the authors conclude that it is necessary to optimize the legal status of an expert, an attempt is made to identify certain areas of minimizing corruption risks associated with the production of forensic examinations in the administration of justice in Russia.
