Protection of honor, dignity and business reputation: differentiation of moral and reputational harm, factual and value judgments

Abstract

Protecting the honor, dignity and business reputation of individuals and legal entities is an integral part of everyday life. The studied intangible benefits are widely used as a reason to protect violated rights in everyday relationships, in the field of business and on the Internet. The article is devoted to the consideration of problematic issues in the legislative regulation and the process of proof in the category of cases for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation.
