Abstract

The article discusses issues of managing financial resources to ensure the implementation of national projects. Plans for the development of national projects implied the creation of a managed system for significant, tangible, if not breakthrough, large-scale, qualitative changes in all spheres of society. The mechanism of budget financing of national projects is linked to their integration into government programs. National projects significantly contribute to the achievement of national goals, being consistent decisions of the state in this matter. The principle of joint financing of national projects expands the state’s ability to economically align regions, stimulate investment activity and increase the role of strategic planning.
