Abstract

The article analyzes the introduction of a unified model of vocational guidance for schoolchildren in the education system of the Vladimir region as an important tool for the socio-cultural modernization of the region. Methodological approaches, production and organizational aspects, as well as marketing and financial justifications of the project are discussed. The importance of integrating interactive technologies and the need for constant adaptation of the model to changes in the labor market is emphasized. The successful implementation of this model contributes to the formation of sustainable human resources, reducing the outflow of youth and socio-economic development of the region, and can also become an example for other regions.
