Meaningful orientations of students as the basis of personal and professional development in the field of state and municipal management

Abstract

The theses present an analysis of the results of a study of students’ life-meaning orientations as vectors for further personal and professional development. The material for the analysis was the results of a survey conducted with students studying in the field of study “Public and Municipal Administration”. The analysis showed the predominance of traditional attitudes among students, such as starting a family and interesting work. Along with the desire for material well-being, a focus on serving society and the state is noted.
