Hacking an account as a crime against computer information: problems of the modern world

Abstract

This article examines a number of issues related to one of the most common forms of crime in the field of computer information, namely hacking accounts in social networks, in the modern world. The article also examines the issues of distinguishing this crime from related ones and new methods of hacking.
