Abstract

The article discusses theoretical and practical issues related to the definition of the concept and essence of abuse of civil procedural rights. The author states the variety of doctrinal approaches to the conceptualization of this category, conducts their comparative analysis, and also refers to judicial practice to study the current position of law enforcement agencies.
