Features and types of abuse of civil procedural rights

Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the features of classification and distinctive features of abuse of law in civil proceedings. The analysis covered the defining signs of abuse of civil procedural rights, among which were named their external legality, deliberate and artificial nature, a specific method of committing through the implementation of a subjective right, violation of moral and ethical norms, and others.
