Procedural forms of counteraction to abuse of law in civil proceedings

Abstract

The article analyzes the mechanisms provided for by the procedural legislation to counteract the abuse of rights by unscrupulous participants in civil proceedings. The author examines three components of the process of counteraction: prevention, suppression and implementation of responsibility, examines their effectiveness and identifies problematic aspects in the procedural plane.
