Reasons for liability for abuse of right in civil procedure

Abstract

The article discusses the circumstances that entail the application of measures of civil procedural liability to unscrupulous participants in the process in accordance with the established judicial practice. The author identifies the most common grounds for liability, describes other adverse consequences of procedural abuses. The results of the study are illustrated by specific examples from the law enforcement activities of judicial authorities.
