Distribution agreement as a novelty of the Russian legislation

Abstract

This study examines the problems of regulating the legal status of a distribution agreement. The existing normative acts are analyzed, contradictions and shortcomings in legislation are revealed, recommendations for improving the legal regulation of this area are proposed. The article also discusses the key characteristics and prospects of using a distribution agreement in the context of the development and use of this agreement.
