Training of staff in the system of secondary vocational education for the regional economy

Abstract

The article considers personnel training for the regional economy in modern conditions as a key factor ensuring sustainable development and competitiveness of territories. The system of secondary vocational education (SPE) in Russia plays an important role in the formation of qualified specialists who are ready to perform professional tasks in a rapidly changing labor market. The mechanisms of synchronizing personnel training with the needs of the regional economy are analyzed, including a dual training model, modernization of educational standards and active interaction with employers. The article emphasizes the importance of adapting educational programs to the current and future demands of the labor market, and also examines the main challenges, such as the need to modernize the material and technical base of educational institutions and the development of networking with enterprises.
