The legal nature of career development

Abstract

The legal nature of a service career is identical to a professional career, the differences are exclusively in the subjects who are endowed with the corresponding rights to implement it. Thus, it can be concluded that numerous definitions of a career have been formulated in scientific literature, in the content of which the authors put quite different characteristics, allowing us to formulate the concept of a professional (job) career in sociological, economic, pedagogical, psychological and legal aspects.
