Abstract

The terrorist attack in Crocus with numerous victims, the hostagetaking in IK-19 in the Volgograd region with the death of FSIN employees - these and other episodes could not help but draw attention to the migrant issue, closely connected with two sore points of Russian development - population decline and a shortage of labor resources.
