Problems of practice in applying Article 199.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The illegal actions outlined in the disposition of Article 199.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation carry negative consequences not only for state, regional and municipal entities, but also for citizens. In addition, the novelty of this rule of law raises questions about identifying and proving the commission of illegal actions, pointing to the imperfection of the legislation.
