Informational and psychological impact on the voter as a threat to public order and legal security

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of current technologies of information and psychological impact on the electorate during the election campaign. The authors present arguments in favor of substantiating the social danger of a number of technologies, suggest ways to counter information and psychological effects that contribute to the protection of political rights of citizens and the preservation of democratic public institutions in the Russian Federation.
