Protection of minors’ rights in the digital space

The article highlights the issue of legal gaps in the field of protection of minors in the digital space. Due to the enormous and continuous development of information technology, the number of cyber threats against children and adolescents is constantly growing, as they are a vulnerable group of the population. The article emphasizes the need to eliminate gaps and timely revision of legislation in this area. Based on the conducted research, specific measures are proposed to improve legal regulation and strengthen the protection of minors’ rights in the digital environment, including the creation of an effective monitoring system and rapid response to violations of children’s rights in the Internet space.
