This article examines trends in the real estate market, the authors conducted an analysis of the rental and sale markets for industrial and warehouse premises in the city of Vladimir in 2024. An assessment of the factors influencing the cost of renting and selling buildings and premises has been carried out. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were drawn about the cost intervals for renting and selling industrial and warehouse facilities in the city of Vladimir.
