Assessment of housing affordability for the population of the Siberian Federal District

This article analyzes the affordability of housing for the population in the regions of the Siberian Federal District. Based on the analysis of statistical data, housing affordability coefficients were calculated, which reflect the ratio between housing prices and the financial capabilities of households. The dynamics of these indicators over the past five years has also been analyzed.
