Abstract

article is devoted to an urgent problem of a research of an organization culture and ways of its enhancement. On the example of the Vladimir organization, having analysed an organization culture by means of a number of methods, in particular, a method of the analysis of documents, a testing method (Solomanidina T. O. questionnaire), we will try to remove some recommendations about organization activity improvement.
