ОСОБЕННОСТИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ СРЕДНЕГО КЛАССА В СОВРЕМЕННОЙ РОССИИ

Abstract

The article discusses the development of the middle class in Russia today. The analysis of the general characteristics of the middle class, the history of its origin and destination, analyzed the formation of the middle class in Russian conditions. It is concluded that the state of the middle class in modern Russia the complex, its level in the population is low, that does not give grounds to speak about social stability in society. It is proposed at the state level to apply such economic policies and social technologies, which would allow to form in society, the middle class as the foundation of social stability, on the level of developed countries.
