СОЦИАЛЬНАЯ ЗАЩИТА ИНВАЛИДОВ В РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ

Abstract

The article is devoted to the social protection of invalids in the Russian Federation. Social protection of persons with disabilities - the system of state-guaranteed economic, legal measures and social support, providing conditions for people with disabilities to overcome, replacement (compensation) of life limits and aimed at the creation of equal opportunities with other citizens to participate in society. Social protection and support of persons with disabilities are provided by the state on two levels: national and regional. State based on the level of inflation in the country is constantly implementing indexation of pensions, monthly payments, but there is little or no change required to provide assistance to the disabled, compensation payments for care.
