Abstract

This article examines the current problems of the Russian Interior Ministry system. The authors analyzed the specific legal provisions in this area and offers specific suggestions to improve the mechanism of administrative and legal regulation of conditions of service employees of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation.
