Abstract

Relevance of a subject of article is caused by need of research of the standards of the civil legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the maintenance of the civil relations in the bank sphere. Article purpose - to analyse a condition of the bank sphere in Russia, and also research of possible ways of improvement of legal regulation of bank activity in the Russian Federation. Implementation of the tasks has been reached by means of the system analysis, comparative and legal, analytical, formal and logical approaches. The author places emphasis that a banking system – very important organizational mechanism of all financial system of the Russian Federation which exerts huge impact on functioning of all economic processes and development of society in general.
