Аннотация

The article presents labour force as the most important and active community resource. Labour force condition is examined as a form of the term “human resources”. The author introduces labour force as a market grade and a wider interpretation of the terms “gainfully occupied population” and “manpower”. Labour market, human resources, and manpower situation are considered to be the main factors in market economy employment relations.
