Abstract

The questions of increase of efficiency of activity of the multipurpose center of providing state and municipal services with use of simulation methods and the theory of queueing systems are considered. To ensure the most efficient service at low cost of operation need to develop guidelines for the rational construction of these systems. In order to optimize the work of the center analyzed the activity of all its «windows» as a multichannel Queuing system with waiting. The simulation allowed us to determine the optimal number of «windows» at a given level of traffic to the center, the maximum wait time in queue and service time.
