Abstract

Juvenile delinquency is a problem of any state, it is on it that the indicators of adult crime depend. The study of this phenomenon has always attracted the attention of researchers. This article analyzes the legislation of the entire period of development of our state with a view to establishing criminal liability for crimes committed by persons under the age of eighteen.
