Abstract

The presented article is devoted to questions of interaction of judicial authorities and bodies of a notariate concerning ensuring activity of court. Interaction is considered in a format of commission by the notary of notarial action "providing proofs". The specified notarial action is big help for administration of justice, helps the parties to provide quickly proofs which can be lost subsequently, unloads court, exempting from need to provide proofs as legal proceedings.
