Abstract

This article examines the current problems in the production of expertise on tax crimes. The author, after analyzing the structure of the territorial expert divisions, providing expert support investigation of this category of cases, the methodological basis of the tax assessments of production, offer specific suggestions standardization of scientific expertise applied to all the experts - and the public and non-governmental - some common requirements.
