Abstract

Already 10 years there is the legal institution of the registry of unscrupulous suppliers in the Russian legislation. The main purpose of its creation is to protect the market from bad faith suppliers (contractors, performers). In practice, the registry not only protects customers, but also serves as a sort of «sanction» for unscrupulous contractors. But what is all-the same legal nature of the registry? In this article we will try to analyze existing approaches to the understanding of the legal nature of register of unscrupulous suppliers and suggest changes to facilitate its work more efficiently.
